Keith Urban cancels appearance at the CMAs

Due to Urban's voluntary entry to a Drug and Alcohol treatment facility, he will not be appearing or attending the CMAs. He has, also, cancelled all upcoming concert and promotional appearances. He checked into the facility on Friday, Oct. 20th with wife, Nicole Kidman, by his side. He has also received support from one of his all time favorite musicians, Glen Cambell.
